Yes, completely. The initial 30-minute call is to determine if we're a good fit. There's no pitch, no pressure. If I can't help you, I'll tell you. If someone else is better suited, I'll say that too. This is a conversation, not a sales call.

Come with a clear understanding of what you're trying to achieve and why it matters to your business. If you have existing materials (website, app, deck), have them ready to share. But don't overthink it - we'll figure out the details together on the call.

Most projects can start within 1-2 weeks. If you have an urgent deadline, let me know on the call and we'll see what we can do. I typically work with 3-5 clients at a time to ensure everyone gets focused attention.

Then I'll tell you honestly. I only take on projects where I'm confident I can deliver meaningful results. If your needs are outside my expertise or if I think someone else would serve you better, I'll say so. I'd rather refer you to the right person than take on a project I can't knock out of the park.
