I've spent 15+ years building products and brands across fintech, healthcare, and SaaS. From founding my own startups to serving as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Principal Financial, I've learned what it takes to create materials that actually move the needle - websites that convert, decks that close funding, documents that seal deals.
My path to design wasn't conventional, and that's exactly what makes my approach different.
I started with a foundation in business at the University of Southern California, where I learned to think strategically about markets, users, and value propositions. But I quickly realized that understanding business theory wasn't enough - I needed to know how to build.
That led me to the University of Pennsylvania, where I earned my M.Sc. in Computer Science. I wanted to understand not just what products should do, but how they actually work under the hood. This technical foundation changed everything - suddenly, I wasn't just designing interfaces, I was designing systems.
But even with business acumen and technical skills, something was missing. So I went to HEC Paris for my M.Sc. in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. There, I learned how new ventures are built, how innovation actually happens in organizations, and most importantly, how to bridge the gap between ideas and execution.
Armed with this unique combination of skills, I did what any reasonable person would do: I started building my own companies. Three times, to be exact. Each startup taught me something different about what works and what doesn't. I learned that beautiful design without strategy is just decoration. That brilliant strategy without execution is just conversation. And that the gap between the two is where most companies die.
Those experiences caught the attention of Principal Financial Group, one of the largest financial services companies in the world. They brought me on as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, where I helped them think and move like a startup while leveraging the resources of a Fortune 100 company. It was the perfect laboratory for testing what actually works at scale.
Over the years, I've shipped 40+ projects across fintech, healthcare, EdTech, PropTech, and enterprise SaaS. From early-stage startups trying to find product-market fit to established companies looking to reposition themselves, I've seen what moves the needle and what doesn't.
What I've learned is this: The best outcomes happen when strategy, copy, and design come from the same brain. No handoffs. No lost context. No misaligned incentives. Just one person who owns the outcome from beginning to end.
That's what I do now. I help companies close the gap between where they are and where they need to be. Whether that's a landing page that converts, a pitch deck that raises funding, or a complete repositioning that changes everything.
